There seemed to be very, very fine pearl laced through the color. It had semi-sheer to semi-opaque pigmentation, but it had more slip than other shades in the range, which may have been why it applied rather unevenly and looked sheerer on. They’re more semi-matte to satin, so keep that in mind on whether it aligns with your preference for mattes. They feel slightly hydrating to not drying for the most part. They reminded me of formulas like MAC’s newer Mattes, Urban Decay Matte Revolution, and NARS Audacious.
