Urban Decay Mrs. Mia Wallace Revolution Lipstick ($22.00 for 0.09 oz.) is described as a “deep blood red.” It’s a rich, vibrant, medium-dark red with subtle, cool undertones and a soft shine. The Revolution Lipstick formula is supposed to be richly pigmented, hydrating, and have a “creamy shine.” Mrs. Mia Wallace was intensely pigmented with mostly opaque color coverage in a single swipe. It was lightly creamy, but it had noticeably less slip compared to other shades in the range. I felt like it was less glossy in finish, though it still had a noticeable shine, so it wasn’t matte. The formula was lightly hydrating and comfortable to wear–long-wearing (seven hours plus a very strong stain) but never clingy or tacky.
